Action 1.2 a partner from EU

Hello We are looking for a partner for our project in action 1.2 It is about building strong links among the young people by recognising the cultural heritage and natural beauties of both partner countries.Our partner will come to Turkey twice and Turkish group will go to the partner country once by means of the project.%70 of travel costs and %100 of food and accomodation will be covered by us. Photo & Slogan contest

YouthNetworks invites young people between the age of 18 and 30 years old to participate in our Europe Photo & Slogan contest! The challenge is to make a picture in combination with an original slogan which is telling your vision of Europe and shows what Europe really stands for or means to you. From all submitted entries we will choose the 3 most creative and original photo & slogans. After the announcement of the short-listed photos, you will all be able to vote on your favorite picture. Call for partners from Hungary - AMICUS project

Partnership in project Step by Step
Offensive Youth Association announced the selection for partner organization in the project “Step by Step”. The activities developed with partner agency will take place in Romania (in Arad and other communities near Arad) and in Hungary.
Project is an opportunity for young people aged between 18 and 28 years of working in a local community in a country other than country of origin of life: social, ecological, cultural, environment. We need a partner opened to a professional communication, which should be directly involved in the project and will respond promptly to requests and challenges of this project.

To create a picture of the project activities we mention that volunteers work in Hungary will focus on:
- -make study visits to the communities in connection with activities of transnational through voluntary services and collect interviews, completion of questionnaires, observation of the implementation of methods focusing on the implementation team and volunteers involved in training ,assessment and research perception of Amicus program;
-involvement in planning / sanitation / cleaning public spaces ;
- activities with local volunteers, the practice of team sports;
- organize intercultural evenings;
- presentations and public discussions on the topics of local interest;
-completion of a journal of project-management website project;
-making short films about the activities implemented.
Considering these aims, EVS volunteers will make a documentary consisting of interviews, facilitated discussions with the local people, a study case as well as an album with commented images from cultural and traditional local life. Plus, there are going to be planned some initiatives together with hosting organization.


Roles of the Host partner Organization in Hungarian Stage (Offensive Youth Association as partner):
-Make study visits to the communities in connection with activities of transnational through voluntary services and assessment and research perception of Amicus program
- Identify mentors who will be responsible for providing personal support to the young people hosted. (1 mentor for 3-4 people).
- Offer supervision and guidance to the young people through
- Provide personal support to young people.
- Give the young people the opportunity to integrate into the local community, to meet other young people, to participate in activities, etc.
- Offer to the young people the opportunity to carry out a set of tasks, allowing some of the young people's ideas, creativity and experience to be integrated.
- Identify learning opportunities.
- Provide suitable accommodation and meals (or a food allowance, covering also the holiday period).
- Ensure local transport for the young people.
- Give the due allowance to the young people on a weekly or monthly basis;
The host organization will receive for Hungarian stage: EURO 450 x number of young people x number of months of Service abroad.
Training activities will be as follow:
1. Seminar for assessment, information and awareness session. Duration: 2 days, 3 sessions, in order to make an assessment of the events implemented and results. (until October 2010).
2.Training module of the research team – after 15 February
Daily Program for training is:
day 1- gain and practicing abilities in creating a design of individual and group interview;
day 2-gain abilities in verbal and non-verbal communication in the context of creating an individual/group interview;
day 3- gain and practicing abilities in using the video-camera and in processing the audio-video images;
3. Evaluation meetings and experience of learning derived from research. Date for this evaluation will be set together (until October 2010).
4.Stage trainings
-Training "Role of the Mentors”
- Training On arrival, language courses, the final evaluation (Training, Support and Evaluation ")
- Training Module on risk prevention and crisis management ( "Measures foreseen in the field of risk prevention and crisis management")
- Delivery of information services and advise families of volunteers ( "Training and Evaluation Support")
- Develop short films about volunteer activities implemented .
- Establish / disseminate magazine project ("Dissemination and Exploitation of Results")
- Managing the project website (Dissemination and Exploitation of Results ")
- Follow-Up & Valorization Training Course (Dissemination and Exploitation of Results"
Please send us a description and a plan of activities (planning activities of each day, locations and nature of proposed activities to achieve, description for opportunity to integrate Romanian young people in the local community, etc) that will take place on stage in Hungary and also pictures, short movies and description of the area in which volunteers will be accommodated (conditions of accommodation, meals, etc.).Official documentation demonstrating the legal status and activity report(s) demonstrating your operational capacity and experience in the field.
Also, please send us your availability and ability to participate in some preliminary meetings related to working activities and trainings that will take place in Romania (Training module of the research team –in February, Seminar for assessment, information and awareness session, Evaluation meetings and experience of learning derived from research).

Romanian organization is looking for partners

Dear all,
